Costco Tire Service Center

I've replaced a lot of tires over the years and Costco Kapolei was one of the best experiences. New BFG K03s on a Tacoma: Ordered online and was delivered in less than a week. Local competitors quoted over $400 for the same tires. Made an appointment online but was almost two weeks out for an available appointment. Visited the shop counter on my way home from work to pick some groceries. Explained that my tires needed immediate replacement and they booked me an appointment for the next morning. Showed up for my appointment. They said it would take 90 minutes. They called 45 minutes later and said the truck was ready for pickup. Tires look great, balanced, and no scratches on the rims.

Had my tires rotated first week of July, then my fender liner along my front right wheel came off in a parking lot a couple weeks later. Will have to go to Midas to get it fixed.

Service: Tire replacement due to popped tire from pothole. Diamond cut aluminum rim damaged from tool scuff marks and gouges by Costco Tire Center. Vehicle is in excellent condition and now has damage to the rim. No claim from Costco auto mechanics were made when picking up vehicle at night and inspecting the vehicle the next day.

The absolute worst customer service. They never answer their phones, very rude when asking questions, do not honor appointment times, the slowest place I have ever been. It took 30 minutes to check in to drop the car off and zero acknowledgment or kindness for the constant wait times.

The previous reviews here had me nervous, but I got outstanding service today. For context: I ordered my tires online and booked my appointment online. I arrived a few minutes early (on a Saturday!) and they got my car in and were done within 45 minutes. Lug nuts all present and still in good condition (as far as I can tell - none loose), and no damage to the wheels.
